Short version: you approve exact scope and cost before anything runs, you pay for accepted work, and nothing expands without asking you first.
Invite-only alpha
Alpha access is by application and invitation. Full terms are agreed before any live paid production use.
Work starts only with your approval
Nothing enters production until you approve a versioned task contract showing exact scope and cost. If scope or cost must change materially, the task pauses and asks you again.
Pricing and wallet
- Work is priced per accepted task — from $1 per task, with independent review from $0.10 where required.
- You fund a prepaid balance in increments of at least $5; we never charge your card per task.
- Every authorization is an exact amount, with a task-level receipt.
- Retries, internal steps, and failed work are not line items. Accepted work is what you pay for.
Deliveries, corrections, and acceptance
Acceptance during alpha is explicit. If delivered work fails the approved contract, a bounded correction is included.
What Genie will not do
- Deploy or publish anything without explicit authority.
- Make unsupervised high-risk legal, medical, or financial decisions.
- Run work that needs missing credentials — it fails closed and comes back to you.
- Promise outcomes that depend on third parties.
